I remember when those powerful hurricanes aimed for islands and parts of the United States last year. I was worried about my family members in Belize, Florida, and Texas. My family turned out to be okay with little to no damage affecting their area. However, that was not the case for everyone.
Devastation struck when Hurricane Maria pummeled the beautiful island of Dominica. People lost their homes, livelihood, and many lost their lives. Thankfully, someone was able to find hope in what seemed like a hopeless situation.
